I’m so disappointed to be writing this, I purchased the mini series 2 years ago with no problem. My son loves them! Have ordered 1 track to update for current season for my son’s birthday but there’s no progress on shipping. I’ve sent 2 emails and messaged on Facebook with no response!
Order placed April 12 and it has never been shipped. Do NOT do business with this company. Tried to contact through this site and through Shopify to get refund or order with no response. Unacceptable communication/no response.
The circuit arrived two months after ordering, broken in three places. It was simply wrapped in gummed paper and placed in a thin cardboard box, which was completely inadequate to protect it. I'm very disappointed because shipping cost more than the circuit and was completely inadequate.
Being an F1 fan household, this popped up on my social feed and I am glad I clicked through and purchased. Extremely efficient process and quality packaging. Product is high quality standard and well made. Highly recommend
Ordered from them in early December and Chris promised I’d have it by Christmas. We’re now almost two weeks past Christmas and there’s no sign of it. The tracking info is either fake or inaccurate and he’s stopped providing updates and doesn’t respond to emails or instagram DM’s. He vaguely said that he might refund my shipping IF he can get the shipping company ( who he blames everything on) to compensate him first but that was the last thing I heard from him.
I really hoped to buy a cool gift from a small business but now I’m wondering if I got scammed. In any case, it’s been a huge disappointment.
